From East- Take I-40 West to exit 378B, turn on Executive Park Blvd., cross Cedar Bluff and follow past Park West Hospital to the Tower at Park West, 3rd floor, Suite 330.

From West- Take I-40 to exit 378, turn left on Cedar Bluff, and go under interstate, turn left on Park West Blvd., go past Park West Hospital to the Tower at Park West, 3rd floor, Suite 330.

There is parking under the building in the parking garage.

Fort Sanders Office

Take I-40 to 17th Street, until you reach 3-way stop, turn right on Clinch, go to 20th St., and turn right, our office is the 1st building on the left. There is a walkway that connects our building to Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.  There is a parking garage behind the building.
